"We moved into our home 5 years ago, knowing that we could be comfortable without renovating for some time. Every day, I would have yet another idea about how to improve it. It got to the stage where I had so many thoughts and ideas that I just needed to consolidate them. I had my set of ideas and my husband had his. But ultimately we both wanted an open plan, free flowing house, that had good use of space and let a lot of light in.

Mark was able to merge both of our ideas. We worked at repositioning rooms, walls, doors and windows. We were also able to insert fixtures such as lighting, mirrors and benches to really get a good feel of how our house could look. Once my husband and I were able to see the house in 3D, it made all the difference. We couldn’t believe it was the same house; it had a completely different feel about it, one that we were really comfortable with.

The beauty of what Mark does is that you can keep adding or adjusting your plans so the outcome is the best for you, the house you live in and its resale value. Creating Draft Views

These Draft quality 3D Views are not the finished product and are purely for checking that we are creating what you have in mind. All of our packages allow for at least 2 drafts.

Extra drafts are up to you and the timeline of the project is down to you, allowing time to assimilate different options so a concrete decision can be made.
