We
recently purchased our new home and renovated internally without needing any structural changes. When it came to the outside of the house, my partner and I
were unable to agree on what we would do.
Using
3D Virtual Renovations as a way of looking at both our ideas in reality and
coming up with an agreed solution has made all the difference.
We
were impressed with Marks ability to consider both our needs and absolutely
amazed at the realism and finished quality of the images.

Before
~ The Kitchen was in great condition but felt isolated from the dining
area and the back of the house.
|
After
~ We removed the existing kitchen window and cut an opening for a servery and
Breakfast Bar. We fitted Oak Timber Worktops with Glass Splashbacks and new door
knobs.

After ~ We
created what was a waisted area into a formal Dining Area with Tongue
& Groove Floor and Vaulted Ceiling.

~ The design has joined the front to the back of the house and made good
use of the open plan concept.

Recommendation
for Handyman4u for work carried out in April 2008.
Handyman4u and Mark are responsible for the conversion of a tired and ugly 48,
year old kitchen to a sleek, modern and very functional new kitchen that it is a
pleasure to work in.
Marks planning and attention to detail are his greatest assets and his
suggestions to us about what would work best in the space I, am sure saved us a
lot of angst. He was efficient and unlike a lot of tradesmen turned up when he
said he would and was meticulous in his desire to get everything just right. He
explained why things would or would not work and even suggested and helped in
areas that were not in his original brief.
All in all from the quote to the finished product I can’t thank him enough for
giving my parents an asset that will improve the valuation of the house and has
given them such pleasure. As this was a gift to our parents it was important
that the price was right and we had confidence in the person doing the work,
both of these were met by Mark and we could not be happier with his performance
and the results.
